I'm definitely not a high end watch collector, but I do enjoy the more tech-focused pieces. I came in to take a look at a citizen ecodrive watch I was interested in. The girl working there was friendly and not pushy, she let me look around for a bit before approaching me. Once I told her what I was looking for, she pulled a few samples out for me and went through all of them. Very impressed by how much her and her colleague knew about not just citizen, but every brand in the store and how they compare. Will definitely be back in the future. Lire plus

I would like to thank two wonderful ladies,Jordanka from the 5th floor, and Cindy from Levi's on the 6th floor, who went extra mile to find my bag with expensive items that I lost in the store this boxing day. Both of them were not only sympathetic to my problem, but also proactive in efforts to help me. I was in distress but thanks to their actions, my bag was found and they saved the birthday present that I bought for my friend. Absolutely fantastic customer service from this father and son team. Sasha and Mike were patient and very knowledgeable. They had a great selection of watches which were fairly priced. While I tried on numerous watches they took the time to clean my wife's ring and make sure she was taken care of. They definitely go a step further with their service.
