Had my 1996 ford E350 into ford hallmark for brake repair and front end repairs twice,wasn't satisfied with the work, they were putting a dangerous vehicle back on the road.At fountain tire Derek took me into the garage,showed everything taken apart, plugged port, seized caliber, wrong bushing installed on front end.
After I got my truck back the brakes didn't squeak any more,brakes were working better then ever and good improvement over front end drive. Very happy.

I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.

I lost the key for my removable hard drive case, then locked it... Duh!! I wasn't sure any locksmith would want to bother with such a little job but Pro Tech said they could come the next day. I was surprised, I guess I was expecting to have to take it somewhere! He arrived promptly, took his shoes off in the house which impressed me muchly, and not only got it unlocked but made me a new key, all for a very reasonable price!! I will definitely recommend this company to my friends.

Bobs Driveline has installed engines, rebuilt drivetrains and dealt with electrical problems I have had. It has been at least 10 years and still my preferred shop for major ticket repairs. They do their best to see me right away, quickly assess the problem, then get me on my way. They back up their work and honour their warranties. I highly recommend Bob's Driveline. I am writing this review today to recommend this dealership, Abbotsford Autoworld, to others. I had a great experience at this dealership and wanted to share to others. Not only where they very knowledgeable with their vehicle they knew exactly what I was looking for and got me into a vehicle I really wanted. They are kind for example offering me and my wife coffee while we waited for the insurance people to arrive. The salesmen they are very enjoyable to talk to as well. Everything was very convenient the finance people and insurance people came write to the dealership and we were out the door with our vehicle in less than an hour! Overall I would recommend these guys to others and I would consider this place the best experience I have had with a dealership.
