Our furnace mysteriously stopped working recently. It took some time to get to the bottom of the problem, but DR Heat & Air Ltd was relentless. Brand new replacement parts turned out to be faulty right from the box, further masking the problem, but they didn't give up. And when it came time to settle the bill, they wouldn't even charge us for most of their time because they felt they should have solved the problem sooner. That's integrity. I know where we'll buy our next furnace.

This was our first mortgage and we were not really sure what we were suppose to do or what we needed to qualify - she was great about walking us through everything (even over the phone) and it really helped us figure out what would be workable for us.
