I haven’t experienced kickboxing before, also I was so picky for choosing kind of class that can motivate me for constantly workout. Eventually I picked ilovekickboxing and it turned out that made me really loved kickboxing!!! I highly recommended ilovekickboxing! Joining ILKB is the best decision I’ve made for myself. It’s the most amazing workout I’ve ever had. All of the instructors are super helpful and they’re constantly challenging me to push harder. They continue to motivate me to want to go to class and work hard. I started seeing changes sooner than I thought, not only physically, but mentally as well. I felt energized after each class and that’s what makes me want to keep going back. Love my #fitfam!!

Colton Mobile Service just rescued a computerised sewing machine and serger of mine that had been badly damaged when hit by a falling wall cabinet. The serger was actually bent, and the sewing machine had computer damage. Both are now fixed and working as good as new! They even fixed cracks in the sergers outer case. The repair bill was very reasonable. You can trust them to do a good job every time!

Last Aug 2025 I applied for the MAiD program because I was in such sever pain that I was unable to handle anymore. I was taking pain medication every hour not the 4 hours which was recommend. I have been seeing Dr James for 7 months now and I have cancelled the MAiD application. I walk, swim, camp, fish. I have my life back. I will be forever grateful. Atlas came to take away our old couches before some new ones arrived. The booking process was easy and the staff was great from start to finish. I booked a 2-hour window and received a confirmation call about 15 minutes before the team arrived. The guys who came were courteous, removed their shoes, and knew their stuff! They were able to quickly disassemble the couch and remove the pieces. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again!

Very prompt service. The technician Todd was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. Our main drain was clogged with an excessive amount of grease buildup and needed to be cleared and hydro scrubbed. It was a big job and they had all the proper equipment. They also made time to replace to faucets for me that I had supplied them with.
Both technicians wore their masks at all times and were very respectful of social distancing due to COVID.

Since needing a lower partial and new upper denture, I needed to find myself a good denturist in the Maple Ridge area. And that I did. I can not say enough about the Maple Ridge Denture Clinic. Lino (my denturist)and Faye (the receptionist) went above and beyond in customer service making my visits and experience at the clinic the best it was. Jeff the owner of Comfort Tech did us a solid. After the initial repair he personally involved himself in a subsequent failure in our heat pump. It was removed from premises and promptly returned repaired and functional in two days. The second failure was independent of the first, however the fees amounting to several hours worth were entirely waived. Much to our relief and appreciation, Comfort Tech demonstrated the class act they are.

I stayed at lakeview homes this past summer with my family. We have 5 kids, plus my parents and a visiting nefew! The house was perfect for us, spacious for all the kids, (and even a ping pong table!) clean and such amazing view! We had such a blast going into the backyard for early morning kayaking before heading out for the day, and usually again when we came home. IT was such a special trip, and being on the lake really added to
