The amazing smell of steak, made my mouth water from the moment I stepped in the restaurant. I ordered the Rib-eye med-rare, and it came out to me on a sizzling place and cooked perfectly. We shared a side of mushroom and potato gratin. We had a chopped salad as an appetizer. Everything was delicious, absolutely nothing to complain about. Food was great, as well as the service. We each had a glass of wine, recommended by our knowledgeable server and we loved it. They even paid for our parking. Our entire evening was perfect.

Class 5 Road Test with Rick was tensionless, educative and enlightening with the instructor (Rick). He displayed professionalism and student calming techniques. We recently moved into an apartment whose original owner was a heavy smoker. Faux wood blinds especially in the master bedroom were badly stained from cigarette smoke. Even the cords were brown from it. Ram Cleaners arrived, removed all our blinds, gagging when they took down the worst one. Two days later they returned with pristine blinds, all with snow white cords. Windows were washed and blinds rehung efficiently. Our two workers were very cooperative. We were also impressed with the price!

We really enjoy working with Riverbend. They helped us with tile, carpet and countertops for a renovation and we used them again when we added carpet to our basement. Most rectly we used them again to install vinyl plank in our last renovated space. We found the service great, the quality of work excellent and the price for product was exactly the same as at Home Depot. We liked the local service and owner managed presence. Their pricing and customer service is great.

I had wanted to get extensions for a long time. I was always nervous about the process though as there were so many conflicting pages saying that one installation method was better than the other. Lola was great, we did the first installation with 2 rows braided and one beaded so I could see which one I liked best. She taught me how to properly care for my hair and I feel like I actually have a good idea of how to take care if my extensions. Staff are friendly, Salon is very clean.

I used this company on two occasions to service two separate Eurostar irons purchased by family members. Both were extremely happy with the product - they just needed a tune up after years in use. Both “fixes” were done promptly and effectively at minimal cost. The downside was the location out in Springbank but it was very easy to access. Found customer service to be very good.

Now that the renovation is complete, the store is actually pretty nice and organized. However, theres a few areas, like the flooring, hardware and some product selections that could be improved on if they want to be a more complete supplier in the reno market. The store itself is great though.

Wonderful photographer. I was a little nervous about getting some good photos since my baby never seem to be still for 2 minutes. Ruby knows some tricks to help baby relax and we got some great images. She has a great selection of baskets and props. I'd recommend for anyone looking for a great experience.
