BCAA helped connect me with Cody at Western Auto Wreckers & Towing for a tow out of a ditch on a forest service road. They went out of their way, literally out of their catchment, to help when others couldn't. Cody had exceptional communication skills and worked with me to coordinate details. The Trail Post Office is very kind.
I sent a parcel to a Box number instead of the street address.
After giving Ingrid the information, she called the receiver who will pick it up from the post office.
She did not have to look out for it for me, but she did.
Now, my niece will receive my Christmas gifts to them.

Not just a Security & safety company, they have an excellent electronics store they recently opened in Trail. Friend got a DJI Phantom 4 drone from them, very knowledgeable staff. Also a wicked selection of GoPros and accessories!! Great to see a retail store like this in Trail!!!

Kirby is an extremely accomplished health care provider. He is very knowledgable and is able to explain the diagnosis and treatment to the patient in an understandable fashion. In his clinic, there is an easy sense of confidence. His use of humour and his affable manner put people at ease and help them feel comfortable.
