Dr. Matthew is very welcoming and easygoing. At my first visit he was very engaged in learning my health history and how I've been suffering with back pain for years. He completed his examination, which included objective measures of my spine's function which we could measure again and compare afterwards. His explanation of my problem and the approach to treat it was simple and manageable. I'm now two weeks into care and haven't felt this good in a long time. I highly recommend Dr. Matthew.

I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. Shopped around for my very first pick up truck and it says a lot when I want to return to a dealership to firm up a deal. Richard was an absolute gem provided straight up and genuine customer care. At approximately 3:30 PM Friday 4th Feb I took a wheel of my snow blower with a flat tire to Canadian Tire Georgetown. The service rep. was very helpful, took the wheel into the shop and within 10 minutes the flat was fixed and I was on my way - No Charge! Can't ask for better service that that!!

In February 2022 my furnace stopped working. It definately has been a cold winter. I called T H Oliver as I had been a customer since 2004 when I lived in Aurora. Elise provided such amazing and caring assistance. Someone came out quickly to assess the issue. To make a long story short, they were able to replace my furnace in a short time. Wayne and Chad could not have been more helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend T H Oliver for all of your furnace needs!

My wife and son had a tire blow out on hwy 400, and after calling for her auto service she called me to ask me where to go, I was at a meeting in Newmarket and I went on the AP from Yellow Pages that was on my blackberry and found this place right away. They had the tire that she needed within two hours, and were able to accommodate me over the phone when I felt helpless in this situation. We may live in Toronto, but I will be recommend that the service they provide is worth the drive.
