I have recently become aware of Thrift Computers and have visited them for computer wiping and also the purchase of a new computer. Very impressed with Mother Computers. They have a full range of brand name PCs and, if you don’t see what you need, they will build you a custom PC on site. They also have a team on site to provide servicing, either same day or next day. We decided on an Acer All-in-One as it was cheaper than buying the individual components. Their price was $100 higher than another store and when I mentioned this, they immediately matched the lower price.

I phoned in a bit of a panic - audio on computer really scratchy - I thought Id need new one. They were very kind and helpful on the phone, took my computer in with intention to get new one and have all data transferred. Jeff first tried blowing air in speakers, then Chris pulled up Neil Diamond audio for us to assess - it was great. No need for new one - so thankful, especially during this very odd time. Fabulous service.

My wife and I bought a big screen tv from this location. We got home and when we had it unboxed We discovered the screen was cracked. We so very stressed and concerned that we would have a big process to get the tv replaced. When we tried calling the store there was no answer. We decided to box the tv and bring it back. We were greatly surprised as to how easy it was to get the tv replaced. No discussion, just a direct offer to replace the tv! We were amazed by this great service!

A friend of mine purchased an iPhone through Colton at the Kelowna location, and recommended him for mobility services. Months down the road my iPhone was on its last legs, and I decided to contact him. I found out he had sadly relocated to the Victoria location. However, he went above and beyond and was still able to set me up with a new iPhone at a great price! All I had to do was pick up the phone from the Kelowna store. #top-class... you can buy Apple things everywhere but ReStart is super stocked and the Service personnel are spectacular, friendly,affordable and reliable.

I was referred by a friend to Computer Depot. He told me he is using him for all his computer problems and he was really happy with him. I have to say my friend is right I had a problem with my gaming computer I had taken it to another computer shop and they were telling me you have to buy a new one, and I love my PC and didn't want to do that then I took to him he gave it another life and my PC is running much better and is faster. Kudos to the guys at Cartridge World today! Their selfless service today really blew me away. I walked in ready to buy two cartridge refills. They tested both of the old cartridges, and one of them was still full!. Then they asked me how long the used cartridge had lasted, and convinced me that I didn't need to buy a spare one at all. So they convinced me to walk out without paying a cent! Unbelievable customer service! So great!

2. very time efficient in correcting the issues that have plagued them
3. very cost effective

Call me a die-hard but I liked it better when these stores were all called Radio Shack. That said they are still the same in a lot of respects. This is still the place to go for all kinds of audio and video doodads that you just won't find all in one place without going to the Source. What's more is that they offer a great selection of other unique products that aren't often available anywhere else like USB devices that capture 35mm slides. They have done a good job in keeping with the times too and are quite a major Bell Mobility dealer and offer a selection of flat screen TVs and computer accessories too.
