Have been a regular at Ami for a couple years now and let me tell you they have yet to let me down. We usually order nigiri sushi and rolls. The nigiri is the best you will find in Oakville hands down. The piece of fish you get is twice the size of the rice making it a very generous portion. I have eaten at at least 10 other sushi joints in town and prefer Ami nigiri any day. The staff is amazing and they even deliver. The restaurant is spotlessly clean and they are very happy to see you. Try it.

First customer service was excellent booked a time and day that worked for me. When the technician arrived he was very knowledgeable , respectful and kind. I had to wait for my part but that is understandable as I am sure all parts are not kept on hand.

I took a t440 to him that had problems (4 bleeps etc). They looked it over for free, told me the possible price, and fixed it. Also advised putting in a solid state HD which was a great idea. Im writing this a year later. They are honest, competent, friendly and professional. Answered all my qq. I will go back to them. In comparison a Westdale shop I phoned, before Dr. Dan, was so rude after I asked a couple of qq. about what they were going to do that I decided never to try the other shop.

My husband and I are from Georgia , our 2015 Impala engine light came on and of course we panicked being here in Canada. We went to the dealer on Upper James and was truly impressed at the fast service and the incredibly knowledgeable wonderful woman at the desk. She gave us directions to places to eat nearby while the car was being serviced asking if we needed a shuttle, also offered us coffee or tea . My husband asked questions which she quickly responded with kindness and actual concern. ty

Took my parents computer to the Upper Wentworth location in Hamilton and the technician - Andrew was extremely helpful and downloaded a new internet browser which solved the problem on the computer. Andrew was very helpful, understanding and very efficient at fixing the problem. My parents are grateful that he fixed their computer at the same time I walked into the store and for no charge. Ordering a custom sideboard with Kaza Wood Furniture was super easy...they came to my house and measured the spot that it would be in to ensure it would fit properly.
