We had a notice 'No device installed' on our Lenovo computer meaning 'NO SOUND". We took it to Tek Solutions in Chilliwack. We took it in, in the afternoon and got a call the next morning ready to be picked up. Dirk fixed and also upgraded our computer. The cost was more than reasonable. We did not have to buy a new computer. Dirk & Steve are good at what they do and are very friendly and efficient. We highly recommend them for computer issues. Rose & Peter Sargent

Ink and Toner Refills. Best professional Service!
Kudos to the guys at Cartridge World today! Their selfless service today really blew me away. I walked in ready to buy two cartridge refills. They tested both of the old cartridges, and one of them was still full!. Then they asked me how long the used cartridge had lasted, and convinced me that I didn't need to buy a spare one at all. So they convinced me to walk out without paying a cent! Unbelievable customer service! So great!

After our Dryer started to make loud noises, I called Bens, talked to a very informed gentleman, who set us up with service in two days. Ken, the Tech, arrived on time, looked at the dryer and knew immediatley what the issue was. He took it apart, showed me the issue and gave me a ball Park quote to fix. I agreed and in a short period of time he had repaired the Dryer, and his quote was bang on. It was very reasonable and Ken was great to deal with. I heartily recommend Bens and Ken.

I've never taken him anything he couldn't fix and he keeps his prices down. Last time I took my laptop to him and it turned out the problem was me. He explained very thoroughly and taught me the correct method. Then he didn't even charge me for his time. And I had not felt rushed at all. This guy is honest, knowledgeable, personable, and capable.

1. very sympathetic to my panic of having a computer that is not functioning properly,
2. very time efficient in correcting the issues that have plagued them
3. very cost effective
I highly recommend them and am heading into their shop today to have them, yet again, SAVE THE DAY (aka my computer) for me !

Dropped my Samsung S4 and completely cracked my screen. This was the second time I had to repair it, and I wasn't exactly looking forward to it. However, the difference this time was that I went to Bc Gadgets. They helped me right away instead of making me wait around forever, and my phone looked good as new. Always have all my questions answered when I come in. The owner is knowledgable about the products good at helping you find what you want. There is a $50 membership fee but that goes straight back to you once you purchase something. The website is a good place to start looking for items if you want to bronwse, but the store has much more options. Overall great store and have been coming back for many years now
