A family member needed a good gaming computer back in 2009. Josto recommended parts, ordered those they didn't have and assembled everything into what they then said was the fastest computer they'd ever had in the store. We still have it and it continues to be a fine performer, although no longer top end. A few parts have been swapped but on the whole the same box. Good advice, good recommendations and a good build.

Love this place! It's the first place I look for ANY book! The guy who works there is awesome! He knows everything about authors, books, everything! It's like he's read EVERYTHING! He's super helpful, kind and friendly! He has great prices, making it a perfect place for students - he even has a tax-free discount if you're a student! Love this place! I highly recommend it, and I continue to go to this day!

These guys have some of if not best customer service I have experienced in Kamloops. I have order a few things lately on line and have unfortunately I needed to return a couple of items , the return process was flawless , and their instore attitude is fantastic. !!!!

I am a retired nurse and have been under John's care for many years. He has been an integral part of my health care team. In 2006 I was out for a walk and was hit by a car. My injuries were extensive. John worked with me in a professional, knowledgable and caring manner to help me in regaining my mobility and range of motion prior to and after each surgery I required. I find it an interesting store..lots to look at. Today, I bought a patio sectional that was knocked down to 70% thanks to Cieux clearance sale. Staff was great. There is plenty of furniture items to choose from.
