Lake City Mechanical Services were amazing to deal with, went through Home Depot, bought our new hot water tank in the evening, was installed the very next morning. We had an awesome experience building with Gibson's! Right from the beginning, they made being 1st time home building a clear and straightforward experience. They were fantastic to communicate with, on point with cost estimates, and listened to concerns and questions as we went along. Their follow up since move in has been great. Tony from Okanagan Ceiling Refinishers had to return after he found out there were a few blemishes on my newly painted ceiling (after I removed a wall for the new kitchen/ great room and had a drywaller do the patching and texture matching - as I didn't know about this company at the time)... he then re-textured the entire ceiling and it is truly great! I was treated with the utmost respect both times and they are extremely good at making sure there is the least amount of disruption and no mess!

I can't say enough good things about Trevor. When he was running late, he let me know. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He came after 8:30 pm and seemed just as bright and cheerful as if it were 8:30 am. He spent time explaining the problem and how to fix if it happened again. And very reasonably priced! I highly recommend him: 10 out of 10!

It's awesome that this is my first online review ever! Because I get to write a positive review, usually people take the time to write a negative review because we are more vocal when we are upset or when we are ecstatic, usually not when something just meets our basic needs & satisfaction... This is why I have never written a review before lol..
Anyways, I am ecstatic to be writing this review as this is the best Contractor that I have had the pleasure of working with and I have worked with quite a few... He creates an amazing space/room.. He does the work right the first time around and on time & budget. He is easy to work with, Professional, very knowledgeable & and even more so when it comes to creating a room for someone who is disabled and still making it your dream room.. I can't wait till this next room is finished, I will post pictures before and after when it is completed..
Thanks JP Contracting for making me happy and for designing me a room to fall in love with, what was previously the most dreaded room in my house.... My Bathroom!
