This was my first visit to 4 Your Health. The aesthetician there greeted me with a friendly and relaxing smile. I was having my chest and back sugared and was a little worried to say the least. Kristy made me feel comfortable about it all. Yes, it did hurt, not saying that, but it took no time at all and the end result was amazing. I never felt so clean. Thanks Kristy, and yes I will be a return client.

I am not an avid cyclist,but would like to start.The guys at Bikefit are so helpful and professional.I have heard great things about them too from people who have bought their bikes there.Prices are more than fair.You can go back to cheap Walmart/Canadian Tire bikes after this!Excellent product knowledge and customer service. I highly recommend this shop.

I had a fabulous experience with Breanne. I have read about nutrition my whole life but still felt "all over the map" when trying to address my current medical problems and consulting my MD hasn't helped me in this area since I don't feel drugs are always the answer. I felt that maybe seeking a nutritionist could put me back in the driver's seat at trying to effect positive changes in my health and Breanne went over my concerns with me, took a very detailed inventory and drew me up a great plan!

I loved there food, I went here with my family and enjoyed everything about this restaurant.
I differently recommend them to all my friends and family.
I heard that they have been in business for more then 20 years at this location, I can see why. They have the best food in this city.

I've always used going to this place as an excuse for free parking aha, so we decided to stop by! The food was average because i could make chicken fingers and pasta at home way cheaper and way more flavorful! Its just an average place with normal average food for a decently high price. I knew that its just a tourist restaurant so it didnt really bother me. the dessert was good but still pretty average. The best part is the seating and the view you get. I enjoy people watching. also the server was nice and very friendly! its not gourmet but if you want average food before going out on the town, i'd say its not too bad!
