Randy fought a speeding ticket for our 20 year old son, he was professional and straight forward with all communications. There was no confusion or wondering as he covered all the bases. Royal Auto Collision not only do Damage Repair. I had my Audi Q7 Sparkplug and Battery changed earlier this year.
Recently I had my car Oil and Filters changed as well with original parts. Richard is the one I always deal with, he is not only providing good service, but he is very professional and courteous to the customers.

The BEST service, period! I called in the late morning and described to Lori-Ann an issue with our washing machine. After determining a possible cause and whether or not they had the part in stock, she arranged for Daryl to contact me. He arrived later that same day (we live an hour outside of Lloydminster) and repaired the washer without having to use the new part. He was quick and yet very thorough, clearly explaining what he had done. I strongly recommend D&L. Super service = satisfaction! ?
