I have been going to Dolphin for years. The reason for this is Brad and Chad are the most honest guys in the business, they tell you only what you need, they don't UPSELL! A Ford service dealer had flagged the need to replace the brake pads of my Ford F 350 tow truck. I made an appointment with Budget Brake & Muffler in Coquitlam, BC to replace my brake pads before embarking on a RV trip. I was pleasantly surprised when John Sinkie told me that my brakes were good for another 20,000 k’s & did not need replacing at this time. I find this honesty refreshing & rare. I will be using Budget Brake in Coquitlam for the service needs of all my vehicles. Well done John.

I was so glad to have found this car shop. Definitely going forward going to use this as my go to vehicle shop. From the first time I called and spoke with Josh he was very knowledgable and gave me a very reasonable price. I had my truck in as the power window on the driver side would not go up and down, and he said bring it in and found the problem right away. He also did a few little extras on the truck which I really appreciated. They got my truck done really fast and I would recommend them.

I highly recommend John’s Mufflerman & Automotive Services. Prior to John’s, took my mechanic 6 hours to repair my resonator (center pipe) & the noise was still bad. A friend suggested John. John suggested we go before noon. It took him 5 minutes to give us 3 options & after selecting an option, took them less than one hour to build the over-axel, tail-pipe, & provide a universal muffler. The repair was miraculous – noise gone! Thank you for being a great mechanic with a fair price.

Ralph saved my life in which my car unexpectedly had problems that came out of the blue. Since I am hard of hearing I could not hear over the phone that he texted me through Facebook to walk me through the car problems in which we discovered that it needed to go into the mechanic shop which I took it in. There were many problems that were addressed and fixed. And I was happy to bring my car home fixed. Yet unfortunetly the car began to leak again yet he fixed it right away. Will go back again!
