There are so many great things I could say about Rick and his team as he services all 3 of our vehicles. My van is the people mover. 4 teenagers girls to get around to sports and Rick has it running so well and it has over 200 000kms on it. Sept 12/2022 I was having major exhaust leak in the front portion (flex pipe) of exhaust system on my Infiniti G35. I manage to pull the car in at 4:30 pm 30 min before closing. They took the car in; they knew the problem and had a solution and fix; 30 min later fixed and they installed stainless customized fittings; great job and the car is super quiet now with the superb repair. These people know what they are doing and I am a repeat customer to all my car exhaust needs.Highly Recommended!!

This place is great!! I was quoted 175$ by my dealership to glue my bumper back in place after I broke the clip on a snowbank. Called this place on a whim today, went down and the guy glued my bumper and drilled a screw in less than 5 min and charged me 25$ plus tax. Fantastic customer service, best price and honest business. After your dealership gives you a ridiculous price go straight here!

The team at Mainway is top notch. Janice, Brad and the service team are all excellent. I refuse to take my car anywhere else. They are the best around. When I had issues with my Mercedes parts warranty, Brad went to the dealership to ensure that I was being taken care of and they were not parts bombing my car. He was not getting paid for this and in no way was he responsible for the car, but he did it anyway to make sure I was being treated fairly. Honest, reliable and friendly.

I was on my way to Barrie coming from London, when my car died on me. Passing by I saw The Auto Doctor and quickly turned in. I assumed it was the alternator that was the issue. When I walked inside I was greeted with great customer service and fair if not great pricing. They were on the phone ordering the part, had it shipped to the shop, and installed a brand new alternator within an hour. To be able to drop in without an appointment and have that amazing service, Id highly recommend!
