Travelling through Angus on a Friday afternoon, when my rad hose decided it was going to leak, and pour my coolant everywhere. In a panic, and in a rush, they went WELL above and beyond to get me on the road. The part that I needed; closest one was in Barrie. One of the guys actually drove their own vehicles to Barrie to get the rad pipe, because it was after the last part shipping vehicle. I cant thank all of them enough. NEVER have I been treated like I was actually a customer. THE BEST!

I got a new set of Michelin tires for my Mustang
Ralph Sganga was very very helpful assisting me select just the right tires . The job was done in an hour and a half ,with a four wheel alignment /balance .
All the staff were friendly and helpful.
My Mustang never drove so good love the tires . The service was excellent .
i would recommend you go see Ralph if you need tires or any other car related work,they seem to do everything.

He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. I did not catch the name of the young gentleman that arrived, but he was polite and professional. We will be recommending this service in the future.

I cant say enough about this wonderful business. Jay was very helpful from the moment I talked to him on the phone and he walked me through turning the main water off to fixing another problem before it even began. He was very considerate about wearing booties, very polite and a third generation plumber so its in his blood.
