We would highly recommend Mark of MAC Stewart Plumbing to all our family, friends and acqaintances and to anyone reading this review. We had an emergency early morning in the country and despite this Mark responded immediately. He had all the necessary materials which were of the highest quality yet very reasonable in price. He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. The windows themselves are perfect, helping to keep my energy costs down (and the aesthetic of the house up!). The installation team was professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, clean. We called Wolf Plumbing to help us with a persistent leak under our kitchen sink that we could not identify. They came that same evening (after hours) promptly identifing and resolving the problem. I did not catch the name of the young gentleman that arrived, but he was polite and professional. We will be recommending this service in the future.

Travelling through Angus on a Friday afternoon, when my rad hose decided it was going to leak, and pour my coolant everywhere. In a panic, and in a rush, they went WELL above and beyond to get me on the road. The part that I needed; closest one was in Barrie. One of the guys actually drove their own vehicles to Barrie to get the rad pipe, because it was after the last part shipping vehicle. I cant thank all of them enough. NEVER have I been treated like I was actually a customer. THE BEST!

I cant say enough about this wonderful business. Jay was very helpful from the moment I talked to him on the phone and he walked me through turning the main water off to fixing another problem before it even began. He was very considerate about wearing booties, very polite and a third generation plumber so its in his blood.
