Nothing but the BEST!!! Crew were stellar, friendly and took the time to evaluate all my hood ductwork and fans to ensure every surface within it would be clean and meet or I’d say exceeds Ontario standards. Ever so thoughtful to cover all my items in the kitchen prior to starting and mopped the entire floor, out kitchen never looked so good.

I havent been this pleased with a service call of any kind in a long time. There was some phone tag to set things up, but once we actually got on the phone together the booking was made extremely quickly (same day!). And the service call itself was just as I wish all service calls could be - timely, friendly, and professional. I would recommend this company without hesitation and call them again any time I have plumbing needs.

On Jan 31st, a burst water pipe was the result of the bitter cold that visited Hamilton. I watched the water pour down and around a kitchen window, onto the counter and floor. I turned the main off and called Plumbwize. Stu arrived within an hour. He quickly and efficiently replaced a section of copper pipe and repaired another dripping pipe, near the first. The price was reasonable and the service was great. I highly recommend this company and plumber, Stu. A. Donaghue
