Check valve on pump found to be not working correctly thus laundry tubs not able to drain properly with pump cycling off and on. Cameron came and problem solved the issue to a satisfactory outcome. As we live in Holland landing its always nice to support the local business. We found the the business to offer efficient service, a personable and competent employee and fair pricing. My sales advisor, Daniel, thoroughly explained the different brands of furnace to consider, and the pros and cons of each. Vlad and Tim carefully and efficiently installed the tank and line and took care to leave my lawn looking as good as possible. John and Joel installed my new Trane furnace the very next day and they thoroughly explained its operation and features left my basement clean and tidy.

I have a tankless water heater installed by this business. They provide excellent services. When the sales person arrived at our house to do an assessment and cost estimate, he identified all the issues with our existing heater that was installed by a previous contractor. The gas pipes issues were corrected by Star Alliance installers. We are very happy with their workmanship. I would recommend this HVAC system installers to others.
