Gord’s Electric guided me though the generator hook up requirements that I am planning for my home. I cant say enough about this wonderful business. Jay was very helpful from the moment I talked to him on the phone and he walked me through turning the main water off to fixing another problem before it even began. He was very considerate about wearing booties, very polite and a third generation plumber so its in his blood. I have a tankless water heater installed by this business. They provide excellent services. When the sales person arrived at our house to do an assessment and cost estimate, he identified all the issues with our existing heater that was installed by a previous contractor. The gas pipes issues were corrected by Star Alliance installers. We are very happy with their workmanship. I would recommend this HVAC system installers to others.

I woke up yesterday to flooding in my basement and immediately googled Flood restoration in the GTA. The first company that came up was 5 Start Cleaning. I called the line and Bob diligently instructed me on how he was going to remove the water from my basement. His crew arrived 20 minutes later and worked on my basement all morning. Bob provided updates and Lisa called later in the day to check up on everything. Very good customer service. I would definitely recommend Bob and his crew!

Travelling through Angus on a Friday afternoon, when my rad hose decided it was going to leak, and pour my coolant everywhere. In a panic, and in a rush, they went WELL above and beyond to get me on the road. The part that I needed; closest one was in Barrie. One of the guys actually drove their own vehicles to Barrie to get the rad pipe, because it was after the last part shipping vehicle. I cant thank all of them enough. NEVER have I been treated like I was actually a customer. THE BEST!
