I woke up yesterday to flooding in my basement and immediately googled Flood restoration in the GTA. The first company that came up was 5 Start Cleaning. I called the line and Bob diligently instructed me on how he was going to remove the water from my basement. His crew arrived 20 minutes later and worked on my basement all morning. we had been having issues with skin rashes and bites for over a month and had seen medical professionals for allergies etc. We had no idea that we could have had bed bugs. One night we found one of these creepy crawly bug on our white sheet and then we started to search our bed. We were freaked out and selected Quest to fumigate these bedbugs from our home. We had to clean and organize before the application as per the emailed guidelines. The exterminator was very knowledgeable and helpful. We understood that the problem started after we had brought in a discarded piece of furniture. Now we know the cause of the infestation. The extermination process was less than 90 minutes.
