I am a recent first time customer of Windsor Plumbing & Eel. I went with this company based solely on the reviews left by others for a drainage problem I was having in my front yard. Jesse was EXTREMELY courteous and professional in getting someone over to my place as soon as possible to fix a blockage in my main sewer drain through the cleanout in the front yard. My husband and I contracted DC Basement and concrete to repair a broken sewer line and install a water jet back up sump pump. The work was completed professionally with attention to detail and our interests were at the forefront. We scheduled the job to coincide with my husbands vacation and the work was completed during that week as agreed.

Came at the appointed time with 2 helpers. Did everything I asked for thoroughly. (Installed tap & toilet and cleared and replaced a tightly clogged drain line). Went above and beyond by tightening a loose kitchen tap and getting a basement drain cover to fit properly. Charged less than originally quoted and dad jokes were free. I will be using him again if needed.

Highly recommend! Bob was a pleasure to deal with and his crew were very efficient, pleasant, courteous and accommodating. They had a team of four, one being a tree climber and they made a great team. Every twig was picked up , all dirt and dust was removed. Do not hesitate to hire!

We are super impressed with the doctors at this clinic! We brought our new puppy home and she started vomiting and would not eat or drink she also had chronic diarrhea and had zero energy from the start! We called this vet 5 minutes before closing in a panic and both doctors waited for us and met us outside! A parvo test was done and she was cleared and they proceeded to treat her every way they could! Great doctors who care about their patients!!! Also very reasonable prices!! Thank you!!!!

Don recently completed a home inspection for me. He took his time, answered all of my questions with accurate and informative answers, suggested updates to be completed within the dwelling as well as squeezed into the crawl space under the house to inspect the structure and ventilation set up. Upon completion of the inspection I promptly received a detatiled report of the inspection with all findings, pictures and recommendations within 24 hours via e-mail. This was the second home inspection that I received from Don and I would highly recommend his service due to his credentials as wells as his dedication to delivering the best service possible. He was detailed and unrushed in his inspection and explained every step of the way what he was looking for as well as his findings.
Don is knowledgable about building codes and past along any potential infractions / recommendations within the report as well.
