I really enjoyed this class! Much better than others I've taken. It was more practical :) and I feel confident to use my knowledge. Highly recommend this course and it's also fun! All we do is laugh at Jason's jokes and upbeat attitude

From the moment I walked in I was treated with genuine care and warmth. Although I had several eye exams in the last 20 years, this is the first time that I felt how every single little detail was addressed. I had the pleasure today of talking with Christine in the pilates studio. I was in for physiotherapy treatment and happened to overhear another client talking about doing pilates there. I was directed to the upstairs studio and was impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the studio. I got a tour, and had the machines and rooms explained to me right then and there. Thank you for all the great info!
