This morning our water heater broke. We placed an online request for a replacement before business hours. They responded to us immediately and within a few hours were at our door with a replacement model. Mark & Brad were very professional, polite, informative and funny. They did a perfect install and left us with practical advice and ways to save money that we didn't know about. And Theresa called often to ensure that we were satisfied and getting the service we needed. Great job. THANK YOU!

My Furnace starting making a very unusual sound, so I decided to contact Mr. Furnace. They sent a really friendly gentleman named Dylan who arrived promptly and ready to help. This was the best experience I've had with a service person. Jeff arrived at my house and he went straight to work at the kitchen drain that was leaking. When he finished, he showed me the work he did and everything looked brand new. He then did a free home inspection of my other plumbing, hot water tank and furnace. I learned so much about my plumbing and heating in that hour that I now feel confident in maintaining my home / winterizing / changing filters etc. I highly highly recommend!

A contractor damaged my outside faucet during some renos and rather than call them back to fix the mistake they made (and hid), I decided to give a Aqua Pro a try. Rick showed up and immediately diagnosed and showed me the severity of the damage. We discussed a very fair rate and he quickly went to work in a very tough to get to location. He replaced the damaged section of pipe and the new faucet works awesome! Couldn’t be happier!!
