I've been a customer for many years and I've never ceased to be amazed by the service and incredible workmanship of the custom framing. The Framing Edge staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The store has a wide range of offerings from Maple Leaf T-shirts to handmade jewelry boxes, in addition to their custom framing. For Christmas I bought my stepdaughter flannel pajamas from the store and she told me they were so comfortable and cozy she did't want to take them off. Thank you!

Took my parents computer to the Upper Wentworth location in Hamilton and the technician - Andrew was extremely helpful and downloaded a new internet browser which solved the problem on the computer. Andrew was very helpful, understanding and very efficient at fixing the problem. My parents are grateful that he fixed their computer at the same time I walked into the store and for no charge. I had the best experience and procedure done at Guelph Line Dental. I was able to get into see my dentist the same day and that is what I value about Guelph line dental. The procedure was one of the best I have ever experienced. I never once felt afraid as they prepared me before, communicated with me during and insured I knew what to do post surgery.

Builder did not agree with my claim, and I reported the issue to Tarion as warranty claim. David was able to provide me with Heat Loss/Gain Calculations that showed in fact the furnace installed in out house was undersized. It was a crucial piece of document to support my claim.
