Very friendly and helpful from the first encounter. I recall when I spoke with him, I did not tell him about my familial account, but his investigations showed that my parents had an account with Allstate which allowed me to get additional discounts on my insurance. Further, when I contacted him later about a discrepancy with Drivewise, he readily and quickly looked into it, rectifying the issue! He’s an outstanding Agent that goes above beyond for his clients! Once again I have need of a truck rental. Last year I approached Cheryl McRoberts at the 170 Barton St E office and she went over and above my expectations! I was totally blown away at the timely, efficient and exceptional honesty she handled my truck rental start to finish. She completely took all of my worries away and I was able to concentrate on my business.
