I just wanted to give shout out to the staff at Central Auto and Truck parts. My left hand rear window got smashed this morning. They took my car in right away and I had it back in a few hours. All broken glass was cleaned up and looking perfect. Very reasonably priced too!!

Ron and his team went out of their way to accommodate our mom when she moved from High Level to Valleyview. They had great communication with us, honest and upfront; they treated us like family. Could not ask for better service. Even during peak busy fall work, he got my truck in and fixed the same day I got him the part. Dwayne runs a first class operation. Place is neat and clean, service is professional and competent and at about $100 an hour shop rate very fairly priced. They also charge reasonable hours for the work. Would highly recommend anyone wanting repairs done to go there. Would use them regularly if I lived anywhere near Spirit River.

Rob Lavalley is excellent. Extremely good at assessing and diagnosing. Spends the time and truly cares about you. I am a nurse myself and spent 4 months recovering from a leg fracture/surgery. There were so many days when I thought I was doing poorly/was discouraged and was given motivation and encouragement to continue. Have seen for elbow, back, knee, and lower leg/ankle. Complete recovery (exceeded expectations) and can't say enough!
