Matt’s Auto Service is the best!!! I was driving to Brockville when it started raining and my windshield wipers stopped working. It was quite scary to be on the 401 without being able to see very well! Matts took me in right away and had my wipers working within minutes after applying plenty of lubricant and using some elbow grease. It was amazing service and I was so relieved! Thank you so much!

Food was awesome! The owner could not have been nicer to us and the young men behind the counter as well. Salads were fresh, loved the falafels and the space was clean and well cared for. I recently started an online order to purchase a new washer. I contacted Brandon at the Brockville, Ontario store to change the order from delivery to pick up. Brandon was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He made the necessary changes, sent a confirming email, and offered further assistance. I have never had such professional, courteous attention from a company’s customer service representative! I give Brandon five stars and the Brick should give him a promotion and a raise!

Competitive Renovations Inc installed two windows for our cottage on Charleston Lake in September 2023. They did an excellent job! In the end, they also cleaned the work site and removed all the garbage. Staff were very friendly and professionally, from the owner (Cody) to the woman who answered the phone (Mandy?), to the guys on the worksite (Earl, Deric and Rob), everyone was nice and professional. The price was very reasonable. thank you! Highly recommended.

Over the years, Dr. Kim, has made my full dentures and repaired them. he has also replaced my Dads, whom had alzhimers at the time, and he was extremely compassionate with him !

Hello, we moved to Portland Ontario, 2 years ago. ( 20 minutes from Smith Falls ). Tom has been looking after all our Locksmithing needs since, from re keying all our locks on our house ,after purchase, for our own peace of mind. I would like to note, that although I brought all of our locks for a re- key, Tom offered to come directly to our home, after hrs to do the job! @ no extra charge. My thoughts.. if you want a key cut for $1.50 go to C.T.C.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. Jeff and his crew are super professional and their workmanship is excellent. They worked hard in extremely hot weather and did an excellent job replacing our roof. They were really good about cleaning up every day as well. We never found one roof nail anywhere around the yard or house. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get their roof replaced.
