I telephoned Furnace Family and this morning and I was able to make an appointment this afternoon. Our plumber was Kevin who was very friendly and explained the problem well. He was able to correct the problem very quickly. As it turned out it was a minor problem -- nothing major!! Thank you Kevin. If we have any more problems with plumbing or with our furnace, we will use this company again.

I just wanted to give shout out to the staff at Central Auto and Truck parts. My left hand rear window got smashed this morning. They took my car in right away and I had it back in a few hours. All broken glass was cleaned up and looking perfect. Very reasonably priced too!!

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Have been going to this dealership for service for 7 yrs first with my Mazda 3 and now with my CX5. Service is always great never an issues. I did my EMR course 3 years ago and came back to renew my certificate. After already attending Alfred's class previously, I was looking forward to the renewal. He didn't disappoint with his sense of hummour to keep us engaged. He is also super knowledgeable on all courses and Alberta standards. When you don't understand something he makes sure to explain differently so you can understand. He gives you the time needed to ensure you pass and understand everything. I look forward to next course!

Called them and was told a tech would be out in an hour.
He was. Showed up, diagnosed the issue, provided a quote to fix and was in and out in quick order.
Price was very fair and I truly appreciate the ability to come out so quickly.
