I had a rodent problem and called Bluecon.
I received a competitive quote over the phone and one of the technicians was at my house within 3 hours and he went over the possible entry points and solutions with me. It's been 5 months now and have not had a single issue. I did have to patch up the holes where the mice were coming in from but it made it easier knowing where they were! Amir has been great his committment towards work is good. I searched him via bark and while talking to him he gave me good vibes. I did cockroach treatment in one of the unit and he did very good job. the best part was he did regular followup for next 2 weeks and then he cam back again to fix the issues. Just recently we had a rat infestation in our home. We tried to deal with it ourselves but were unsuccessful, so we called Pesterninate for help. Ruhul was very helpful, he not only helped us get rid of the infestation, but he also walked us through what he did, and walked around the house looking for, and closing off, all the possible entrances for the rats to enter. we had been having issues with skin rashes and bites for over a month and had seen medical professionals for allergies etc. We had no idea that we could have had bed bugs. One night we found one of these creepy crawly bug on our white sheet and then we started to search our bed. We were freaked out and selected Quest to fumigate these bedbugs from our home. We had to clean and organize before the application as per the emailed guidelines. The exterminator was very knowledgeable and helpful. We understood that the problem started after we had brought in a discarded piece of furniture. Now we know the cause of the infestation. The extermination process was less than 90 minutes. We only had to leave for about 4 hours. It has been over a year and we remain free of these blood sucking bugs. Thanks to the professional help from Quest.

We just had Ash Chimney Sweeps to our home in Brantford to remove raccoons from our chimney. They were fantastic, removed the raccoon without harming it, cleaned our chimney from the debris, sealed the chimney off and repaired a shingle the raccoons had been digging at.
