This morning our water heater broke. We placed an online request for a replacement before business hours. They responded to us immediately and within a few hours were at our door with a replacement model. Mark & Brad were very professional, polite, informative and funny. They did a perfect install and left us with practical advice and ways to save money that we didn't know about. I called RW Electric after-hours to solve an electrical problem in my condo. When they arrived they diagnosed the problem quickly - a faulty GFCI breaker. RW advised that exact replacements were no longer available, and the equivalent was too large to fit in the panel, so the best solution was a remanufactured unit. The breaker was expensive, but it was installed the next day, it looks just like a new, and I have a one year warranty for parts and labor. 100% satisfied. Would call them again.

A contractor damaged my outside faucet during some renos and rather than call them back to fix the mistake they made (and hid), I decided to give a Aqua Pro a try. Rick showed up and immediately diagnosed and showed me the severity of the damage. We discussed a very fair rate and he quickly went to work in a very tough to get to location. He replaced the damaged section of pipe and the new faucet works awesome! Couldn’t be happier!!

Our family doctor referred my children and I to see Dr. Michael Chu. He's the most amazing doctor; professional, informative, kind and truly cares about his patients vision care. I'm a picky consumer and he totally won me and my family over.
All our eye exams were comprehensive and detailed. The staff seamlessly moved us through the process while explaining every step of the way and answered all our questions. I left the exam with a clear understanding of our eye care recommendations and wasn't pressured into buying glasses like some other places. The staff was attentive and helpful finding us glasses and teaching my eldest child how to properly put in his contacts. I found the prices fair and reasonable for a professional modern style boutique.

We had a flood from our 2nd floor toilet and the water leaked through to to the main floor, doing extensive damage to the living and dining rooms, and leaked through to the basement and destroyed about 2/3rds of our basement, Service master came in and did a great job cleaning up the water, then demolishing all the areas that needed to be done and taking everything down to the studs. They were timely, efficient, and a joy to work with. They let us know the exact timelines, A great job!
