I contacted Concord First General for a carpet cleaning quote prior to moving and my Landlords occupying my unit. They were very prompt to respond and gave me an excellent quote. Poly was very thorough, asking for photos to determine the type of (old) carpet that was to be cleaned. As it turned out, my Landlords are replacing the carpet and told me not to worry about cleaning the carpet. I still want to post a positive review as this company was excellent to deal with and very responsive.

One usually does not go to a hospital to be entertained. Couple of days ago I had hernia surgery. Met everyone involved on a first name basis and shared quite a few laughs. The Surgeon, Dr Kanji, greeted me like I was his long lost friend. OR staff, awesome but lights out. In recovery Armand (SN) excellent funny and courteous. Called in a pinch with HuGe stuff going on.....the company called as promised and came as promised. Hayden was an amazing competent Roto-rooter. He knew right away what to do to access the paper towel clog..,20 feet down the line . I deeply appreciated his kind manner, straight to the task and very very professional. After months of waiting (mostly) patiently for my husband to install our laundry sink, I contacted Proper Plumbing & Heating to get a quote to get my husband off the hook! Trevor came when he said he would, and came back the next day to finish it because my taps were missing a key piece, which he picked for me. His customer service is top notch and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him! FYI, my husband was thrilled to have that crossed off his list!

phoned to get an electrician to install a ceiling fan and a light. Came within 2 hours. The fan I wanted installed had to be return. He said just call back tomorrow when you get the new fan and I install it. Great job, came back the next day took a bit to install and did a great job. Was friendly and very professional. Would recommend this company for any of your electrical needs.
