The The Shop was incredible to work with! I had outstanding customer service from everyone I spoke with. The showroom had beautiful samples to pick from and they were able to accomodate my timeline. Becky did an amazing job altering my dress to make sure it fit just right for my wedding. I had a fitted mermaid that was 2 sizes to large in the top and 1 size in the bottom based on weight loss after ordering the dress. She basically had to take the top of the dress apart and rebuild it. It was PERFECT and cost way less than I had expected.
