Shane is personable, knowledgeable and kind. When you meet with him to discuss your treatment plan he really invests the time to get to know you and hear your concerns. He explains everything well and provides you with a follow up report and checks in on you after your treatment. Travelling through Angus on a Friday afternoon, when my rad hose decided it was going to leak, and pour my coolant everywhere. In a panic, and in a rush, they went WELL above and beyond to get me on the road. The part that I needed; closest one was in Barrie. One of the guys actually drove their own vehicles to Barrie to get the rad pipe, because it was after the last part shipping vehicle. I cant thank all of them enough. NEVER have I been treated like I was actually a customer. THE BEST!
