Excellent customer service! My daughter found a pair of glasses at another optical store that were quite expensive. Sardis Optical offered to match the price, and with higher quality lenses that would benefit my daughter much more than the other store’s. We accidentally ordered the wrong colour, but they ordered in the right frames for us at no extra cost! Would definitely recommend and we’ll be returning customers.

I left my dentist of 20 years in abbotsford and finally found a dentist in chilliwack. They were professional and did everything that was needed. Cant ask anything more from a dentist! Top notch!

Wow been sometime since I felt good to go out and Shop (surgery and unwellness on top of COVID) Today my exp in the store was beyond excellent In the past I have been frustrated shopping due to poor customer service levels (many types of stores) but today the woman (appeared to be floor Manager) had such great humour and ability to know how to talk to me Many do not like serve older folk & I am not your typical boomer except for customer service expectation so cudos to Staples Chilliwack!!!

I have never been given such good service anywhere. Beevan (hope it is spelt right) goes WAY above and beyond for his customers. He always makes you his number 1 priority. I was needing to find out if some papers were delivered. I called twice but went to voicemail. Beevan called me back because I didnt leave a message. I lost my tracking paper and he stayed on the phone with me until we tracked the item down (without a date of being sent) and gave me the information I needed. You rock Beevan!

Best dentist I have ever been to in my 40+ years. He is ultimately patient, and will take as much time as necessary. I have never had a dentist inject the freezing as slow as this one, but it makes it absolutely painless. I highly recommend this dentist!

Dr. Steinbach, his associates, and staff have provided wonderful care to my cats. They always do their best to provide me with as many options as possible, in order to keep my kitties healthy and comfortable. Food was delivered on time, hot and fresh. I've ordered two times from this place and they are the best I've had in Chilliwack so far. I did have one problem with my order today though. It was delivered but missing an Almond Chicken. I phoned them to tell them about the error and they were very appologetic about it and said they would drive back again and drop off an almond chicken. Not many places would do this at all. I had an experience with another chinese restraunt here in Chilliwack and when I recieved the food (which was horrible and I had to throw it all out, it was awful) and made a complaint about what was wrong and how bad it was, they said to bad basically to me and didn't care. Basically called me a lier and said their food is always the best and nothing ever wrong with it, to bad. So finding this place the next time I ordered has been a real treat, I'll be going here for my orders and not back to the previous place (I won't state their name, though I should).
The food is more american style chinese food from what I have ordered so far, which I tend to like more myself anyways. I've ordered the dinner for 4 each time and extra almond chicken and each time requested no MSG (I don't know if they normally use it but it makes me sick so I always request it not to be used). Came to just under $45 delivered.
