Thanks for your excellent service Sometimes staff needs to hear that. It is easy to complain, and some people do it like there is a reward for it. Today I returned something to Abbotsford Depot that I purchased at Chilliwack Home Depot as it was faulty. I was given an instore credit, and did not have to waste gas driving back to Chilliwack store. So you can rest assured that Home Depot has your back as a consumer. So if you do decide too complain pick another place , This Home Depot is top Notch

I worked with Tammy in the window department. She was very patient with my and gave me many estimates as I explored all the windows I wanted as opposed to what was available. I would highly recommend her.
The only reason that I didnt give the 5th star was that the window frames are not deep enough to protrude out past the hardie board siding we had installed. With all my questions, I didnt know to ask about it and someone else actually placed the order and didnt ask about my siding depth.

Eric helped me order my exterior doors. He did a fantastic job at a great price. There was a minor error on one of the doors, you had to go outside to close the blinds in it. We had a good laugh about it and they fixed it the same day. Great service. I went back and purchased my interior doors with Tyler and had just as good of service and pricing. They are a must to check out for your next project.

If your shopping around for pricing there comparable or I find cheaper than the BIG BOX stores, The staff is excellent in helping you with what you need and even giving good ideals on making your building project even better and for the guys that work out in the yard hats off to them you won't find a better group of guys willing to help you.

Easy to navigate website I wanted o put a retro flashing on my house and Menzies pulled up in my search and in 2 seconds I found what I was looking for Dektite Retro Combo - SHR (Shingle Roof Retro flashing) the other nice feature I liked was having all the MSDS info at my fingertips!
