The company provided courteous and timely service for a bed bug issue. Naseer was our technician. He completed several treatments, was very thorough and did an excellent job of explaining the various steps involved. Great location staff makes me smile all the time super nice people. Love the 24hour access and security. Highly recommend but they are full most of the time. So plan ahead they have 2 stores in Burlington but this is the one i wanted even if i had to wait ,other location had lots of units available
