I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. I had a negative experience here. They claimed to have done a thorough and proper undercoat in 20 minutes. I later learned that they only sprayed the visible and easy to reach areas (proper undercoat takes 90 minutes).. If you want a proper under coat done- go to oil tech in Midhurst.
