Our furnace quit after the planned power outage in W Kelowna on Nov 5 - contacted Anthony on Mon afternoon; he stated he had a full Tues and would schedule us for Wed morning but would try to get to us earlier. Sure enough, Anthony came by Tues evening after a full day and quickly resolved our issue. I cannot recommend Anthony enough, he is beyond fair, reasonable and professional. He is definitely our only go to guy for any HVAC issues. Deb & Bill Armit

My out of town relatives and friends sometimes stay at the Best Western Plus Kelowna Hotel and have been really impressed by the level of quality that the hotel offers. What you can't see from the road is the huge grass area inside the "quad"... kind of like what university campuses have. That's really nice for kids. Kind of like having a park onsite. The rooms are larger than expected and recently reno'd. They were higher end than I expected too. It's nice to have a new ORA restaurant as part of the hotel now as well. Their local wine list is one of the biggest I've seen in Kelowna. Overall it's a great hotel located centrally and just down the road from the airport.

On the busiest of days, two days after X-mas, I came in and was attended to immediately who was able to go right to the last item, a specific TV, and rung it up..... and delivered it to my car at the far end of the parking lot; all with the greatest cheer. Best service I've received in a long time !

Keil at the Enterprise location in Kelowna gave incredible customer service. Although he was in the paint section he totally up sold us in the plant section with his knowledge and love of plants. He is an incredible person and my friends and I will be back because of him!! Also we would love to see him in the plant section more.. hint hint.. :D

Today did another check mark off my bucket list, Thanks guy for giving us all a great experience of going on swan lake with the airboat, and especially for our sons 24th birthday. Knowing more of how this lake works, looking at the vegetation and seeing birds and fish and two turtle's. you don't have to go out of country to get a great time. Thanks again ever so much. We were completely impressed with the service from start to finish. They recommended the perfect system, answered all our questions, met us on short notice, did an excellent job on installation, cleaned everything up (were also careful to lay down tarps and not mess up the floors), and made sure we were not without heat in the process. Not the cheapest option, but well worth it; we are already seeing a reduction on our electrical bills as a result. Would strongly recommend.
