I was very happy with my experience at Lifemark. I was greeted promptly and in a friendly manner by the receptionist. I filled out a form to describe my issue--an arthritic hand. Abbi was always on time, and she and Trish taught me good exercises which greatly improved the condition of the hand. They are simple and can be done almost anywhere. Keeps a gluten free bread for sandwiches that is the best I have had! Also keeps a selection of g/f pastries that will challenge your diet with really decent deserts. The deserts are a little expensive but worth the splurge for a treat that will make you gld you did. Toppings are included with snadwich selections like pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, onions (real fine slices) etc.. This woman knows and understands how to make a gluten free sandwich this will delight any celiac or wheat avoider person.
Always a smile and good friendly humour along with such a quaint atmosphere generated in this cozy place. Too bad supper isn't available as I would definitely impress guests visiting from the big cities, here.
Coffee? All the fancy varieties in a huge mug! Beats the big chains and you don't even need to know any Italian to order!

Contacted this garage in a total panic late on a Saturday afternoon about a problem I was having with rims/tires. The car had been at another garage all morning. They were sympathetic and told me to bring my vehicle by as soon as I could. They totally fixed the problem in just a few hours and at a reasonable price. AMAZING!! A great experience and a great staff. Thank you so much.

We are extremely pleased that we made the call to K and R Towing when our son broke down (in mom's SUV) at midnight a few days ago! Most tow companies were closed, but K and R answered the phone, gave a reasonable price (for a fairly long tow) and were on the way to pick up the vehicle in mere minutes.
Hopefully this situation doesn't happen again, but if it does, we now know who to call!?? Thank you K and R Towing!
