Leduc Canadian tire showed exceptional service to my family and business for many years. A few weeks ago, I experienced problems with my company truck and brought it to Canadian tire in Leduc. They 100% delivered on their promises, kept me informed every day on the ongoing progress and the General Manager (Joe) personally overviewed the whole process. I visited their store to have my cell phone upgraded. The guy who helped me got me a new iphone X and actually took the time to ensure that I knew how all the features worked. I went back there a couple of times with some questions, and other staff all took their time to help me with a few user issues. These guys are great!

They don't leave you enough room to tell ur story. Bottom line, I had a complaint. The manager dealt with it in an exemplary fashion, and then, continued to go above and beyond. I had the rack of Lamb. It was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. There are limited options in this neck of the woods. It's a bit pricier than the average place around here. But, the meals are worth it. I'm leaving as a very satisfied customer. I will be back.
