I've never taken him anything he couldn't fix and he keeps his prices down. Last time I took my laptop to him and it turned out the problem was me. He explained very thoroughly and taught me the correct method. Then he didn't even charge me for his time. And I had not felt rushed at all. After our Dryer started to make loud noises, I called Bens, talked to a very informed gentleman, who set us up with service in two days. Ken, the Tech, arrived on time, looked at the dryer and knew immediatley what the issue was. He took it apart, showed me the issue and gave me a ball Park quote to fix. I agreed and in a short period of time he had repaired the Dryer, and his quote was bang on. It was very reasonable and Ken was great to deal with. I heartily recommend Bens and Ken.

Pharmacy department is outstanding for their knowledge, helpfulness and friendliness. A special thank you to Breanne D who has made my life so much easier these past two months with issues I have had regarding my mother's prescriptions. She has definitely gone above and beyond, especially when she pointed out to us that she could not in good conscience fill one of the prescriptions without talking to my mother's doctor...who ended up lowering the dosage as per her suggestion.
