Had to take a minute to thank El Cheapo because their movers went above and beyond. We had rain to deal with, a narrow staircase at the first location and a tiny elevator at our new apartment but they were efficient and professional- I felt like we didn't lose any time at all, and it kept our costs down. My move within Thornhill was excellent. I did not have a great deal of furniture but had quite a few boxes as I am an avid reader! The delivery was a bit of a slog for the guys as it was a walk up and had a couple flights of stairs, but they just marched up and down and the time they took was amazingly short! I imagined how long it would have taken me to do the same!!

We just moved from Calgary to Montreal with Kingsway Van Lines in March of 2023. Great service and it was very easy to deal with Kingsway. Started out by filling out an inventory form and received a price. We did have stairs at the pick up address, so the rep was very upfront with all the charges. They offered us a mattress cover at no charge. We had the pick up scheduled for Jan 21. Received a call around 2nd week of February to say that the shipment was at their warehouse.

Excellent customer service. After speaking with management they adjusted and compensated me for being misquoted. In addition, they offered to fix a door at my house that for my husband failed to repair. The property management loved them! We moved from a 4 bedroom house in Brampton to a town house in Brampton. Joe and his team came 10 min earlier then the given time. At the beginning we were scared if everything will go smoothly. As they looked young and average. But when they started working everything went very smoothly. They were constantly fast and careful. They were communicative and very polite. Specially I remember there name Joe and Jimmy very friendly recommend this two movers.

I had Calvick Movers moved me from a two bedroom apartment 20 years ago, now I am back requesting another job.
Three men showed up at my apartment.They were all polite, hardworking, careful with my furniture. One fella grabbed my living room chair, hoisted it up on his shoulder and walked out. That impressed me very much.
Their price was reasonable, the job was performed exceptionally well. I recommend Calvick Moving 100%!

I had a great experience using this company.I shipped 2 pallets/half a cargo container of personal effects from Toronto to Tokyo and everything went smooth as silk.John(I believe his name is) was helpful and so his brother as was the secretary too.
Prices were very good,thats why I chose them at first but after getting fast e-mail replies compared to other companies I decided these were the guys Id use.They even were willing to accomodate some custom requests I had.5 star experience all the way
