With my husband, we have been patients of Dr. Rodriguez for over 10 years and it always has been a very positive and pleasant experience. I live in Kingston, and I am happy to take the one hour trip to get to her dental office. She is a wonderful professional and a lovely person. She is very kind, caring, knowledgeable, super gentle, up to date on every new technique and approach, and ready to make every effort to accommodate you. Very honest and thorough. Great staff. Very pleased with the service. The Technician, Alan, was prompt, courteous & helpful. He listened to our description of the problem with our drier & he conducted tests, describing each to us, to find the problem. He tried 3 parts that he had in his truck but none would fit our drier, hence he put in an order. When the part arrived, Alan called us, near 4:00 pm on a Friday, and asked if it would be ok if he came to install the new part. We appreciate his dedication and customer service.

Excellent service from start to finish. Our experience was smooth from the moment Corinne arrived to give us advice and a quote. We loved that someone came to us with colour samples and then took photos and provided us photos. She continued to help with trim selections. From then to the final order, installation and billing all went extremely well. And most important the final product which was 2 iron ore walnut coloured garage doors with windows look fabulous and totally changed the look.

Brandon was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He made the necessary changes, sent a confirming email, and offered further assistance. Hello, we moved to Portland Ontario, 2 years ago. ( 20 minutes from Smith Falls ). Tom has been looking after all our Locksmithing needs since, from re keying all our locks on our house ,after purchase, for our own peace of mind. I would like to note, that although I brought all of our locks for a re- key, Tom offered to come directly to our home, after hrs to do the job! @ no extra charge. My thoughts.. if you want a key cut for $1.50 go to C.T.C.

I switched to PJ's after using one of those big American box store pet shops (you know the one). I find the staff at PJ's knowledgeable and helpful, they are always willing to assist and it is genuine; not fake. I have a giant breed dog, and I feed him a high quality grain free fish diet; PJ's has a wide selection of high quality foods. Their prices are pretty much on par with every other pet shop but they do have a frequent buyers card that gets you a free bag of food after you but ten. I recommend this store.
