I was pleased and honored that when I needed my Radiator flushed quickly before embarking on a trip to have a skin cancer surgery on the mainland the agreed to fit me in when they already had a full slate of work and were short a technician. I can only comment on customer service in 2023 as I haven't been there requiring anything complicated for quite awhile but there have been staff changes. The staff there now have been good to me, and twice lately have been very kind and helpful when I wasn't even buying anything.
