Since starting hypnosis, I’ve noticed that I am more focused in my day to day activities. I am mindful of my eating choices. I’ve cut out coffee, sodas & snacks. I am already down a clothing size after 6 weeks. At a recent conference, instead of my usual anxieties & negative self judgements, I was able to just focus on being interested in others. I had an unexpected fall with my sunglasses which required some mending. The service was prompt and professional despite not being a client of Abbey Eye Care. While waiting I noticed they have a great selection of polarized sunglasses, many shapes and styles to choose from at reasonable prices! Will definitely be coming back for a new pair, especially since they have a spring sale on sunglasses and mine need an update!

In 2012, Dr. Ivan Tucakov saved my life. I went there for a regular check-up after receiving his brochure in the mail. During the 1st visit, Dr.Tucakov noticed a suspicious spot on my tongue & immediately sent me to Sunnybook to an oral pathologist. In one weeks time, I was diagnosed with a very aggressive, life threatening type of Cancer. It had already progressed to Stage 3. If it werent for Dr.Tucakovs immediate action, the cancer would have surely spread and I wouldnt be alive. Thank YOU!

This place is easy to miss because its not showy but what a great find. I love the staff and the services. I feel very relaxed and cared for at Body Sense. I rebook my appointments so that I don't have trouble getting in because the girls offer such great services they book up quickly, this is definitely is not the place to walk into and expect to get in that day. I highly recommend paying the store a visit!
