Due to covid my case lasted 6 years. Michelle Kudlats was my lawyer throughout the the entire case. She was absolutely amazing. She made me a priority the entire time and was always available if I had any questions. They handled all of my paperwork from start to finish, dealt with my work, insurance, LTDI and all of the doctors I had to deal with along the way. I am totally satisfied with my new windows. The entire process from the very first introduction of the company to the completion of the installation of the windows was very pleasant and not taxing at all. Each step during the process was explained and a follow-up done to assure that we were eased and Had not questions. There was no pressure placed on me to purchase anything. Dr. Talsky is great. She's really, really thorough and takes the time to explain procedures and results in detail (and she's also got a great way with patients: warm and professional). The office is very efficient - no unnecessary waiting and the techs are great at walking you through the tests and measurements they conduct. Also love the fact that there is no hard sell on glasses or contacts. I would definitely recommend Dr. Talsky to anyone needing eye care.
