I have always enjoyed the Trico Centre for Family Wellness. I find that the 40 day challenge in particular gets me into a great groove and I can either do my own thing or attend a number of offered classes on land or in the water. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend joining organization. It is the best in the city and affordable.

Dr. Morley is attentive, caring and very well educated. He always takes as much time as I need to get all the information to make the best possible decision for my pets needs. The facility is very well run and it shows in every aspect of their work and care. Jessica is optimistic and deals with customers. never have I seen someone who steps outside her role, reception and offers service and friendly advice and deals with billing and issues. The dental hygienists here trained at Columbia College and are top notch professionals and superb assistance... I’m talking about Naseema and others.Dr wei takes care of my teeth since 2008; I had some issues before with my teeth such as cavities, pain, wisdom teeth, but he really cares about my health & teeth.
