I live in Vancouver and I need to commute to Burnaby to see Theresa because I was not able to find better place . Theresa provide not only provide excellent customer service but she knows her profession very well that is very rare , Salon is very clean and service is the best, thank you!!! I’ve been going to another Nail Salon in Richmond for years and after one visit to Lexi Nails I switched over! This place is great! Vivian worked wonders on my nails and the atmosphere is friendly. I wish I had of known of this gem years ago!

The girls are great and the prices reasonable. Massage chairs are a bonus. I usually get gel nails, and deluxe pedicure. Well worth it if you're wanting to feel pampered and pretty. :)

Last minute decision for a party of 4 and found this hidden gem online. They took us in and gave us exceptional service. Trang (owner) and Yen serviced us and were very friendly and did an excellent job on our pedicures and manicure. The place was nice, bright, comfortable and clean. They offered us tea and their massage chairs are very relaxing.Their prices are very reasonable and you don’t feel rushed at all. Highly recommended! Once people find out about Charming it will get very busy!!

I love this nail salon, I've had a pedicure and shellac manicures here. The salon is very clean and sanitary, and the decor is so modern and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The location in Olympic Village is so easy to get to whether I drive my own car or take transit. Prices are really good and the service is great. I look forward to coming here over and over.

Excellent friendly service, great job on the nails! Too bad some older lady came in at 3 pm and started yelling at the staff and at an elderly lady waiting in a chair. She was ranting about one of her long nails chipping after 5 days. Complete bully. She is demanding to see the manger. I am also going to speak to the manger and insist she not be allowed to be a customer here anymore. It was disgusting behavior.
